COVID-19 Vaccinations

LaMoure County Health continues to get COVID  vaccine in as the State of North Dakota allocates it.  LaMoure County is currently in the priority group to offer vaccine to those that are 65 years of age and older.  Call 701-883-5356 to reserve your dose and the Health Department will call you when a dose is available.  Other health care providers are scheduling appointments so you may be contacted earlier by your primary health care provider for your vaccination.  

According to the CDC, all COVID-19 vaccines currently available in the United States have been shown to be highly effective at preventing COVID-19 and safe and effective. There are side effects that you may experience with the most common reported being redness and pain at sight of injection, tiredness, headache, body aches and fever that generally last for 24-72 hours.  Please Get your COVID vaccine wherever it is available and convenient for you.  For more data pertaining to North Dakota's Vaccination program and numbers visit the COVID 19 Vaccine Dashboard at:
