Partnership for Success Coordinator Position Open
LaMoure County Health Department has an opening for a Partnership for Success (PFS) coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the PFS grant. The PFS grant is focused on the prevention of underage drinking in LaMoure County. The grant involves completing a community assessment, developing strategic and sustainability plan, develop and implement communication and marketing plans, attending educational training, working with community partners, facilitating meetings, providing education and training, and writing reports and plans. The PFS grant will run until September 30, 2020.
This position requires energy, accountability, adaptability, and the ability to build rapport in bringing people from a variety of backgrounds together to work toward a common goal and requires the ability to communicate effectively verbally as well as in writing and to set priorities and monitor progress towards goals, tracking information/activities. Successful applicants must be able to assess problems and identify creative solutions. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in appropriate fields such as public administration, public health, education, counseling, psychology, social work, management, nursing, business, criminal justice, or other degrees in business. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. In-state travel will be required.
