Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over

Always Drive Sober.

Law enforcement across the state will have extra patrols to remove impaired drivers from the road during Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over from Dec. 13 – Jan. 31, 2025.

The holiday season is upon us, and we want you to be able to celebrate! As you plan your festivities, always remember to designate a sober driver. Buzzed driving is drunk driving.

In 2023, one alcohol-related crash occurred about every 13 hours and an alcohol-related traffic death occurred about every 10 days. Alcohol-related crashes, deaths and arrests are 100% preventable by driving sober or finding a sober ride.

This campaign is part of the Vision Zero strategy to eliminate motor vehicle crash fatalities and serious injuries on North Dakota roads.
