Regular Full-Time Equipment Operator / Truck Driver
The LaMoure County Highway Department currently has a job opening for a full-time equipment operator/truck driver. The job would involve operating all county owned equipment such as loaders, excavator, graders, dozers, skid steers, tractors, rollers, crushing equipment, dump trucks, plow trucks, belly dump and side dump. The job also includes general labor such as (but not limited to) shoveling, pot hole patching, crack sealing, mowing, signing, equipment repairs, equipment service, oil changes, greasing and fueling equipment. Must be able to accurately document service work repairs of equipment, and time worked.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Lift a minimum of 70 pounds
- Class A CDL license or ability to obtain within 3 months
Preferred Qualifications (not required)
- High school diploma or GED
Location
Job will be based out of LaMoure Highway Department Shop – 505 4th Ave. SE, LaMoure, ND 58458
Schedule
The Highway Department works Monday through Thursday 7AM–5:30PM, 40 hours a week; overtime is paid after 40 hours. During winter months you may be required to work more during snow and emergency days.

LaMoure County Memorial Park Supervisor
LaMoure County is seeking applicants for a Park Supervisor. The Park Supervisor manages the external operations of the park and recreation area including (but not limited to) maintaining and cleaning the park grounds and facilities and assisting park patrons.
