Section 324. In compliance with federal law, the LaMoure County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) gives notice that the LaMoure County Emergency Operations Plan, which includes the Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory (Tier II) Reports, has been received and reviewed by the LaMoure County LEPC.
These documents are available for public inspection at the LaMoure County Courthouse – Emergency Manager's Office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The Emergency Operations Plan is also available online:
